Who owns what?
You own your domain and everything that is yours on the site: text, photos, logo, reviews. The site itself, its code, design and booking setup run on our platform; that's what the monthly fee pays for. If you cancel, the site goes offline at the end of your last month and your domain goes with you. We keep the site on file for 60 days in case you come back, then delete it for good.
Is there a contract?
No yearly contract. The setup fee covers the build, then it's month-to-month. There's no minimum term after launch.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. Start on Wolfsburg and move up whenever you're ready. Upgrade within 12 months of launch and the $499 you paid for Wolfsburg comes off the new setup fee. The new monthly fee starts when the upgraded site goes live.
How do I cancel?
We call it the Ausfahrt: every Autobahn has an exit. Send one email, your plan ends at the end of the month, the site goes offline, and your domain goes with you. For 60 days we keep everything on file: say the word and your site is back on the same plan, no new setup fee. After that it's deleted.
What happens if I stop paying?
We remind you twice. If an invoice is still open 14 days after it was due, the site goes offline until it's settled, then it comes right back. Your domain stays yours the whole time. No collection drama, no lock-in in either direction.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, booking tool upkeep, and your package's monthly change hours. If you need more, add a Pit Stop: $135 per extra hour.
How many pages do I get?
As many as your business needs. There is no page cap in any package. From Stuttgart up, every package includes a page for every city you serve, because that is how detailers get found on Google. Autobahn and Nordschleife add a page for every service in every city, and new ones when you add a town or a service.
Do you build sites for PPF, tint and PDR shops too?
Yes. Detailing, paint protection film, window tint and paintless dent repair share the same customers, and plenty of shops do all of it under one roof. The problem is the same too: customers who want a price and a slot, not a contact form. Every package covers any mix of these services, and Nordschleife adds a quote builder for PPF and tint.
Which booking tools do you work with?
The one that fits your business. On Wolfsburg you bring the scheduler you already use and we link it from every page; from Stuttgart up we build the booking flow into the site, with service packages and add-ons on Autobahn and Nordschleife. Customers pay you directly, the way they do today; we never touch your money. If you already use a tool, we build around it instead of replacing it.
Do you set up my Google Business Profile?
From Stuttgart up, yes. We set it up or clean it up, link it to your site and booking, and on Nordschleife we manage it every month: posts, photos, reviews, categories.
What do you need from me?
About 20 photos of your work, your services and prices, your service area, your logo if you have one, and 30 minutes for the kickoff call. We write the copy.
Can you really launch in 14 days?
Yes. We set the launch date on the kickoff call. The 14 days start when we have your photos and service list. One review round on your phone, then it's live.
Why the German names?
Because we're German and we build things like it. Wolfsburg is home of the Beetle and Golf, Stuttgart is home of Porsche and Mercedes, the Autobahn has no speed limit, and the Nordschleife is the toughest track in the world. Each name says who the package is for.
You're in Germany. Does that work for a US business?
It does. We work in US hours, your site is delivered through Cloudflare's network so it loads fast across the US, and Marvin runs a detailing business himself. You're talking to someone who has washed cars for a living, not a sales rep.
How do we talk?
By email and video call, scheduled in US hours. You never have to dial an international number.
I already have a website. Can you check it?
Yes, that's the free TÜV Check. Send us the link and we tell you honestly what's fast, what's slow, and whether it's costing you bookings.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, in US dollars. The setup fee is due at kickoff, and the monthly fee is charged automatically from launch. You get an invoice for every payment.
Do you add sales tax or VAT?
No. The price on this site is the price you pay. We don't add sales tax or VAT to your invoice. Sorted, the German way.
Why is my invoice from a German company?
Because we are one: voidroot GmbH, Marvin's software company in Germany. You still pay in US dollars through Stripe, and every invoice is in English and in USD, ready for your bookkeeping.
Something we didn't answer?
